WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Delivery consists of two stages:

1. Order fulfillment
Every order is reviewed, approved and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days .
You will be informed about progress by email at each stage.

2. Shipping time
Poland: 5–7 business days

Shipping is carried out by logistics partners such as:

  • InPost (parcel lockers and courier)

  • DPD

  • DHL

  • GLS

  • Polish Post

These delivery times are approximate. Minor delays may occur due to transportation or increased order volume (e.g., during the holiday season, Black Friday, or New Year).


WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

  • Delivery is free , regardless of the order value and delivery location.

  • The price also includes insurance of the shipment in the event of loss, damage or theft during transport.

  • For logistical reasons, your order may be split into multiple packages. In this case, you will receive an email notification.


ORDER TRACKING

  • We regularly inform you by email about the status of your order and delivery.

  • A tracking number (Track & Trace) can be provided upon request – simply contact customer service.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • If your shipment does not arrive within the expected time, please contact customer service.

  • In the event of an automatic return to sender, additional re-shipment costs may apply.

  • We do not currently offer express shipping.
